Use of the machine

The transferable one is created in order to facilitate the phase of sticking of the thermosoldered film on the frames of the panels. Its operation is simple but effective, with a system of adjustable advance it is possible to work on panels of various measures.

Structure

The machine is made up in robust a chassis in steel electrosoldered and painted whose weight weighs on n°4 feets adjustable, in order to guarantee the stability of the machine during its operation. The machine is made up of a mono in steel (said " P.B. ") refrained, for the positioning of the coils mother to work, a series of rubberizing seams that allow the dragging of the film, an ulterior one mono (said " R.B. ") frizionated, that it allows to the replay of the worked film and a pressing pad that moves in horizontal direction with one run of 25 milimeter for means of two pistons tires. All the machine is protect from a grill in steel inox solidly fixed on the machine, than together to the adopted security systems they render the working perfectly sure. The machine is planned in order to concur the working to a single operator.
